Ashar Management and Consulting can establish your virtual office and run day to day business until your organization is ready and willing to hire employees. This includes answering the phones, database set-up, designing and printing of brochures and stationery, writing newsletters (from information provided by Board of Directors), accounting, fundraising, etc.

Project or Department Evaluations: Nationally and internationally
Many times, organizations want to evaluate their projects but lack the time and resources to do these evaluations. Ashar Management and Consulting can work with your organization's management team to establish what your concerns are and what items you want evaluated (staffing issues, particular projects, or complete program or department evaluations). Once an evaluation is completed, we will meet with the management team to discuss the evaluation and, if necessary, work with you in order to establish a plan for improvements.
